Our client is the largest search engine giant, and they are currently seeking a UX Research Associate to join their team.

This role will be hybrid/onsite, three days a week.

Top Responsibilities for UX Research Associate:

Preparing user research activities, including working with recruiters to schedule study sessions.

Planning, observing, and moderating usability testing sessions and interviews.

Administering questionnaires, surveys, and interviews.

Analyzing qualitative & quantitative data.

Creating reports.

Analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing existing research reports.

Communicating study findings to the product team and other UXRs.

Ideal Qualifications for UX Research Associate:

B.A./B.S. (completed) or M.A/M.S./Ph.D. (in progress or completed) in HCI, Computer Science, Psychology, Human Factors, or related field.

1+ year of professional related work experience planning, executing, and delivering reports for user research studies.

Detail-oriented and ability to work independently on a variety of tasks.

Comfortable asking teammates questions, asking for help, and communicating study progress to stakeholders.

Clear communication that is grounded in data.
