Seeking a highly motivated individual to join our UX & Design team as a UX Researcher. You’ll take part in meaningful work and real-life projects as you gain an in-depth look into the inner workings of one of the world's premier sports-technology & entertainment companies. You'll learn from some of the most innovative and experienced minds in the industry and improve your knowledge of User Experience processes in a fast-paced environment. Are you passionate about sports and/or gaming?   • Helps the team contribute to projects by completing tasks assigned to them.
  • Understands and completes tasks using the basic aspects of UX Research.
  • Learns quickly and models after the best people and practices around them.
  • Helps the team contribute to projects by completing tasks assigned to them.
  • Has a very close coaching relationship with a more senior member of the team on technical and behavioural skills.
  • Conducting a wide range of product and design/user experience (UX) research projects, including generative and evaluative research.
  • Contribute to improving efficiency, effectiveness, and other business objectives, making your work diverse and impactful.


THE STATS:


What we're looking for in our next teammate


  • 2+ years of experience in UX Research or Master Degree in related UX Research Field
  • Capable in choosing research methodologies to fit the problem, in discussion with colleagues.
  • Capable in conducting an expert review of a product and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Understanding of established patterns for web and native platforms.
  • Organises, facilitates and analyses successful usability testing sessions unaided.
  • Encourages design to engage with research.
  • Basic understanding of our users and how they use our products.
  • Communicates research findings and next steps clearly.
  • Begins developing understanding of design practices and principles
  • Advancing in moderating skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders and teams across different locations and cultures
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to connect the dots between multiple projects while aligning with the core product and business values
  • Willingness to work independently and collaboratively, thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, and efficiently handle high-volume tasks

The applicable salary range for this position is $82,000 to $112,000 which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
