In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for Securitize’s website, which means owning the front-end user experience, and website implementation. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this role will:

Develop, test and present wire-frames and high-fidelity designs for the website, and manage the discussion and internal alignment with business leads and product owners.
- Create a vision for the front-end user experience across the website with a goal of driving customers and clients to schedule a call and / or open an account.
- Own our CMS solution, and all website content build-outs.
- Partner with technology and product designers to align overall experience look and feel. Ensure a common use of language, assets and design between the two experiences.
- Identify website issues and bugs, assist in diagnosis and coordinate quick resolutions in a cross-functional environment, ultimately owning the process, resolution and communication to stakeholders.
- Performs quality assurance testing and supports development managers to make sure all issues are prioritized and addressed.
- Manage the relationship with DevOps and front-end developers, and develop requirements for website improvements that require code.
- Oversee SEO performance and ensure that all new builds and content best position the pages and sites for organic ranking.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a user experience manager or UI designer.
- Experience with CMS platforms. A plus if you’ve used Builder. And even a bigger plus if you have some knowledge of coding.
- Experience with Figma.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
- Understanding of organic search performance.
- Strong individual contributor, who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty.
- Excellent communicator, both visually & verbally.
- Team-player and self-starter with a bias for action; can make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Data driven mindset, comfortable with measuring and optimizing performance.
- Comfortable within a fast growth start-up environment, building new processes and setting up new growth and engagement capabilities.
- Always learning, and seeks out new & innovative ideas & trends.
