Contribute to our development:
The VIE is based in Parsippany in the New Jersey, located in the North American subsidiary of Groupe SEB. As a product development project manager and in order to support the Development Group Leader in managing multi-disciplinary projects; within our USA/Canada Cookware Regional Center, you will :
- Assure theachievement of objectives (cost, quality and time) in respect to the development process

Ensure that the product being developed adheres to product specifications and marketing requirements
- Manage and follow through the quotations during the whole development process, in addition to monitoring and initiating operational savings in terms of total cost (price, quality, lead time for new and current business)
- Communicate project updates, schedules and related information with team members based internationally
- Capitalize and document the history & status of each project throughout the development process
- Integrating Groupe SEB's sustainable development principles and objectives into the role, respecting the commitments and agreements signed by the Group in this area (UN Global Compact, Ethical Code etc.).
- The actions you will develop in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) must include the themes of ethics, employment rights and human resources, the environmental impact of our activities and our economic and social commitments to the areas and local communities where we operate.
Bring your skills:
- You are graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- You have knowledge in product development management (preferably within consumer goods organization), of project management tools (management of planning, budgets, resources, validation and decision-making)
- You demonstrate strong negotiation and analytical skills and you have the ability to communicate cross-functionally and interact internationally. The position is based in an office-environment and will work closely with our manufacturing sites overseas.
- You are able to define priorities and manage several projects simultaneously
- You are able to travel occasionally for work-related assignments and flexible working time is needed (Early morning/Evening meetings with Europe/Asia team meeting)
