Vaco is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist on the West Side of Cincinnati. This is a direct hire with great benefits!Accounts Payable SpecialistThe primary role for this Accounts Payable Specialist is to perform accounting and processing of payable transactions.Responsibilities• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment• Respond to all vendor inquiries• Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies• Assist in month-end closing• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices• Preparing accurate and timely accounting transactions and reports• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
