Pay: Range starts at $18/hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)  

Schedule: M-F | 8 am – 5 pm  

Program: Human Resources

Job Summary

The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees on HR-related matters and assists with the management of HR programs and processes.

  • Manages cases within the HR case management platform and ensures timely and accurate service for case customers
  • Manages processes in the HRIS system and ensures accurate data entry
  • Manages the background screening process and coordinates with state agencies on background screening compliance
  • Responds to employee inquiries and routes questions and requests to appropriate HR team members
  • Processes HR documents related to employment verifications, unemployment claims, benefits, provider credentialing, etc.
  • Maintains electronic HR files, performs audits of HR documentation, and ensures accuracy of HR information
  • Performs administrative tasks for preboarding and New Hire Orientation 
  • Manages HR administrative projects as assigned
  • Provides administrative support to HR functional teams as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year of administrative support experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous HR administrative experience
