Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this senior leadership position is responsible for designing and executing a best-in-class talent acquisition strategy that supports both established business lines and emerging growth opportunities.Leading a team of dedicated recruiters, you will ensure the timely delivery of top-tier talent aligned with business objectives, workforce planning needs, and Valor's distinctive culture.
