Senior Product Designer
Vannevar Labs is a growth startup building defense software for public servants. They are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design vision and execution for new product bets.
Skills
- Proven experience in software design, especially in B2B or B2G environments
- Experience in implementing design practices and processes
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business development teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and translate them into functional software
- Lead design development for new products in the 0 to 1 phase
- Develop a cohesive design vision for the product suite
- Foster a culture of great UX across the product portfolio
