ABOUT US

We come from many different places, but what unites us is our passion. At Moment Factory, each new project is a blank page awaiting the creativity and talent of our whole team, no matter the individual responsibilities, roles, or fields. Our desire to innovate, to take risks, and to learn from our mistakes and from each other is what allows us to create collective projects that go above and beyond. Today, thanks to a team of 350 creative minds, we have been able to create immersive multimedia environments for artists, museums, airports, brands, theme parks and events, as well as our signature shows. No matter the canvas – be it film, lighting, multimedia architecture, sound design, special effects, or interactive projects – the thirst for experimentation and innovation is at the core of our DNA.

YOUR TEAM

Joining the Paris studio means representing Moment Factory across the EMEA region, in close collaboration with the Montreal office. This partnership allows us to learn from each other and grow together, as the studio is fueled by both local and international talent. You will actively participate in building partnerships and identifying viable business opportunities. Working closely with producers, multimedia directors, and clients, your primary objective will be to ensure the overall quality and successful delivery of projects, meeting both creative and business goals. You will initiate and contribute to all assigned projects, overseeing their design, development, artistic direction, delivery, and integration.

  • In close collaboration with production leadership, ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.

  • Creative Team Leadership – Paris Office
  • Lead the creative team and supervise multimedia directors;
  • Collaborate with the creative team in the development of concepts, design, and on-site (or any other location specified by production) integration, ensuring adherence to the established timeline;
  • Participate in the selection and management of partners, suppliers, and freelancers for regional projects requiring additional resources outside the Moment Factory team;
  • Inspire the Moment Factory creative team and act as a mentor to them.

YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES
  • Over 10 years of experience in creative direction, including a combination of roles such as artistic direction in multimedia, visual effects, dance, theater, museology, education, cultural institutions, circus, or any other relevant field of expertise;
  • Required experience in managing both local and international clients;
  • Experience managing multiple projects; ability to lead the creative aspect of a portfolio of projects handled by the Paris office;
  • Experience in role distribution and training for artists;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word), Google Tools, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite;
  • Knowledge of design, 3D design, and/or video editing software is a plus;
  • Familiarity with multimedia technology;
  • Knowledge of the architecture and scenography fields is a significant asset;
  • Proven ability to manage and successfully deliver multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively within a team;
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written), proficiency in French, and knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
