Partner Growth & Marketing Manager

As the Partner Growth & Marketing Manager, you’ll help drive the strategy and marketing execution for our technology, auditor and service partners.

The partner growth and marketing team sits within Vanta’s growth organization and is responsible for acquiring and activating Vanta’s ecosystem of partners. You will have a direct role in bringing Vanta’s vision of securing every technology company to and through our MSP/MSSP, auditor, and other partners. You will be responsible for hands-on program execution in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment.

By recruiting and activating world-class partners into Vanta’s partner programs, you’ll help drive meaningful growth for the company, ensure our joint customers are holistically served, and help SaaS businesses of all sizes manage risk and prove security in real time.

What you’ll do as a Partner Growth & Marketing Manager at Vanta:

  • With an emphasis on partner activation, you’ll assist in bringing joint marketing programs to life alongside our top-tier partners of all types in NAMER, EMEA, and APAC.

  • Working cross-functionally with our content, email, and creative teams, you’ll drive the strategy for all partner-facing communications (e.g. webinar invitations, newsletters, transactional emails, and more).

  • Day-to-day management of our MSP/MSSP partner portal, to include management of our partner-facing resource library of sales and enablement materials.

  • Work alongside our partner product marketing manager in the creation and deployment of materials designed to further activate our partners.

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses to inform strategic decisions and provide targeted insights for optimizing campaigns, focusing on data interpretation and outcome measurements.

  • Develop sell-through campaigns/programs for our MSP/MSSP partners, enabling them to grow their book of business with Vanta.

  • Coordinate with our events team on planning and logistics relating to acquisition-related field events.

  • Work cross-functionally with peers in product, engineering, creative, analytics, content, web, partnerships, and events to unlock new partner-based growth opportunities.

  • Evaluate marketing funnel performance and identify areas for improvement, offering data-driven advice for enhancing pre-sale and post-sale activities.

How to be successful in this role:

  • 7+ years of experience marketing to SaaS partners to create and nurture channel relationships. 

  • Expertise in the partner marketing funnel and selling to and through partners.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Hubspot required.

  • Excellent cross-functional team player that can excel at both strategy and execution.

  • Highly driven self-starter that thrives in a dynamic environment.

  • Exceptional communication at all levels. 

  • Outstanding program and project management skills.

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is $142,000 - $167,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
