Sr Product Marketing Manager (Frameworks)

As a product marketer at Vanta, you’ll help bring this vision to life by defining the new category of trust management, shaping Vanta’s positioning and differentiators externally, and influencing our product and business roadmap. We sit at the intersection of Marketing & Demand Generation, Sales, Product, and Customer Success and revel in connecting all of these teams to drive the business forward. Research, analysis, curiosity, storytelling, and project management are just a few of the attributes of our team – in addition to being open, empathetic, and genuinely nice people.

In this role, the Sr Product Marketing Manager will help launch Vanta’s next set of compliance frameworks, helping us expand our impact and value into more customers, across a variety of industries and geographies. You’ll partner closely with our product management team and Compliance subject matter experts at Vanta, as we bring new automation for compliance frameworks to market. 

What you’ll do as a Sr Product Marketing Manager at Vanta:

  • Define and manage go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Vanta’s compliance frameworks, including messaging, positioning, launch planning, field enablement, and customer adoption

  • Build repeatable launch processes around the introduction and ongoing improvements of new frameworks

  • Author compelling content for each stage of the customer journey, from one pagers to blog posts to sales collateral

  • Talk regularly to Vanta’s customers, analyze your own data, and understand our competitive landscape to help shape the product strategy and roadmap and inform Vanta’s overall marketing strategy

  • Build relationships with every team at Vanta—product management, demand gen, sales, design, customer success, and engineering—to define our customer segments and deliver effective communications, from everyday emails to major launches

  • Be a strong customer champion, creative marketer, and problem solver

How to be successful in this role:

  • Have 5+ years of Product Marketing experience, with an emphasis on B2B SaaS

  • Security/Compliance experience is not required, but definitely a plus

  • Posses strong operational rigor and a structured approach to designing and executing programs

  • Have curiosity and a learning-oriented mindset, able to identify and translate the importance of compliance frameworks across a variety of industries and regions

  • Have a deep empathy for users and an ability to adapt communication to best reach, engage and differentiate Vanta to your audience

  • Find delight in understanding how things work and then explaining your newfound knowledge to others

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The salary or OTE range for this position is $158,000 - $186,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
