Vector - Service Coordinator

Vector CAG, a manufacturer's representative partner company of Endress+Hauser Inc., is seeking a dynamic Service Coordinator that can that can not only interact with Vector customers but also with manufacturing partners and Vector employees to address, coordinate, and schedule customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests about Vector solutions and/or services reactively and proactively.

Role + Responsibilities

• Scheduling service appointments for clients with trained field technicians, answering phones and tracking clients' service records

• Handle and find solutions to customer complaints/issues and report to Service Manager

• Monitoring the services being provided and staying up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued

• Following up with clients regularly to assess and ensure their satisfaction

• Create and maintain a database of clients and field service reports
  

Qualification + Profile

• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Epicor/P21, Salesforce)

• Commitment to a customer-focused approach

• Ability to remain professional and courteous when dealing with difficult situations

• Service-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills

• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner for effectively presenting information to external and internal customers

• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Fabulous interpersonal skills
