EMEA Director, Partner Network

Veeam, the #1 global market leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, is seeking an EMEA Director for their Partner Network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving EMEA quarterly licensing bookings, optimizing relationships with distributors and aggregators, and developing Partner Network programs.

Responsibilities

Achieve EMEA quarterly licensing booking goals with a focus on Velocity and VCSP segments
Manage and optimize relationships with distributors and aggregators at the EMEA level
Optimize quoting and booking processes with Tier 1 partners
Develop frameworks, tools, and guidelines for distribution managers and Channel SDR team
Provide EMEA management team with performance analysis of Tier 1 partners
Make suggestions for program evolution and actions per segment and geography
Work on Partner Network program contents, planning, and launch
Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team
Participate in Tier 1 partner projects coordinated by the Global Channel organization

Education

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent years of experience
