Technical Account Manager - Germany

Veeam, the global market leader in data protection and recovery, is seeking a Technical Account Manager responsible for planning, architecture, and management of professional services engagements.

Skills

Experience with Veeam's Core products
Consulting and Project Management experience
Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, storage systems, and networking protocols
Experience with Enterprise applications and Cloud technologies

Responsibilities

Provide input to proposal and SOW writing
Support delivery implementation and consulting services
Assist with solution assessment and design
Create white papers and best practices guides
Facilitate communication between client and support

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in technology or equivalent
