About the team

The Growth team is a 30+ cross-functional group made up of product, growth, engineering, design and marketing professionals who support one another to achieve the biggest impact possible. About the role

Your role will be to take ownership of all new projects and initiatives to drive growth through our Organic/SEO channel. You will be subject matter expert in all things SEO - research, content, technical, tracking, etc. You will be exploring ways to generate new users, conversions and drive rapid growth, working closely with the content, engineering and acquisition leads to deliver projects and drive impact.

You will plan, prioritize and lead on projects that drive customer acquisition, user activation, and revenue growth through new content initiatives, CRO, internationalization, on-page optimisations, technical SEO, and more. You’ll bring new ideas to the team and have the chance to own their implementation and drive maximum impact for VEED. 

What you will do

• Deliver projects to help us grow new users - scaling our content efforts, capturing long-tail traffic, growing our presence in global markets, running experimentation on landing pages, and more
• Research, plan and prioritize the roadmap for the SEO team, driving the overall strategy for this acquisition channel
• Discover new insights and come up with data-driven solutions, while also taking into account technical capabilities, business needs, and specific platform demands
• Take on multiple initiatives at once, supporting the SEO team to hit project milestones and quarterly targets
• Work across different disciplines including content, technical SEO, CRO, localisation and more
• Test ideas and run experiments, working closely with data teams (eg. A/B testing on landing pages) to grow key metrics across user journeys
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including growth, marketing, data, and core product teams to deliver value for the company as a whole

About you

• Great understanding of SEO / Organic growth marketing metrics and solid expertise in growing and executing acquisition activities
• Proven track record of owning projects that have moved the needle, autonomous, and accountable for driving successful initiatives
• Logical thinker, breaking down complex problems into individual parts
• Hungry and goal oriented, willing to take on multiple initiatives at once
• Numbers-driven mindset, excellent analytical skills and ability to turn analytical insights into marketing actions and use them to influence business decisions
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning
• Excellent communicator, ability to turn complex ideas, technical constraints & metrics into simple, impactful stories for people to understand
