You’ll be joining a people-focused company, and as a Manager, HRIS/Global Payroll Administration you will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient management of the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and global payroll operations. This role ensures that HR and payroll systems are optimized to support the organization’s strategic objectives, maintaining data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The manager will lead a team, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
THE OPPORTUNITY HRIS Management:
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS system to meet the organization's needs and objectives.
- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and implement HRIS policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality, processes, and troubleshooting.
Payroll Administration:
- Manage all aspects of global payroll processing, including data entry, payroll calculation, tax withholding, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, including new hires, terminations, wage adjustments, and benefit deductions.
- Review and reconcile payroll reports, tax filings, and other payroll-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Stay up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to HRIS and payroll administration, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, tax filings, and other compliance-related documents accurately and on time.
- Generate and analyze HRIS and payroll reports to provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making and strategic planning.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the HRIS and payroll administration team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Delegate tasks effectively, prioritize workload, and ensure timely completion of deliverables to meet departmental goals and objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
THE SKILL SET - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
- Minimum proven experience of 5 years managing HRIS and payroll administration in a multi-site environment.
- In-depth knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, with strong technical proficiency and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of ADP Celergo is a plus.
- Solid understanding of global payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements at the federal, state, and local levels. Global payroll experience in Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, India, Sweden, United Kingdom, and Netherlands a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive HR and payroll information.

The national minimum salary is $117,000 a year + bonus and benefits. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
