You are responsible for

  • Daily receipt of invoices, performing data extraction and reporting
  • Monitor invoice review tool to account for Sales Order related billable actions
  • Ensure correct financial accounting and cost allocation for all vendor invoices
  • Provide training and assistance to DI, UL and MATC Field personnel related to vendor invoice activities
  • Communicate with vendors via phone and email to resolve billing issues and improve invoice processes

You are a part of
The Vendor Management Team is responsible for training and oversight of vendors who provide support services for NA. As part of this program, invoices are submitted to the Vendor Management Invoice team to verify, validate and extract data for reporting purposes. You will work with the Vendor Management team as a key player in the End to End process.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Associates degree, preferred and 3+ years of experience with invoicing, accounting and vendor relations
  • Experience with SAP, required
  • Functional knowledge of OPIE IT Systems and ServiceMax, recommended
  • Knowledge of PCMS Service VAS and Bundled products preferred
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Very flexible (adapting to fluctuating workload), able to multitask and work with deadlines.
  • Consistently handle multiple tasks, exercise good judgment with strong attention to detail
