Solutions Engineering Recruiter
Verkada is looking for a Solutions/Sales Engineering Recruiter to join their rapidly growing organization in San Mateo, CA. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Solutions Engineering team in recruiting talented technical sales professionals.
Skills
- Strong ability to influence through collaboration
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in sales or solutions engineering
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Managing multiple internal priorities effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with the Solutions Engineering team for the hiring process
- Pipeline a high volume of hires with other recruiters
- Source excellent talent using various platforms
- Make compelling presentations about Verkada to candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process and interview schedule
- Track and document candidate communications in ATS
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree
