Manager, State and Local Government Relations

Verra Mobility, a global leader in smart mobility, is seeking a Senior Manager of State and Local Government Relations to lead government relations strategies in the western region of the United States. The ideal candidate will have extensive government, legislative affairs, and campaign experience and strong leadership skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of public policy and regulatory processes

Responsibilities

Develop and implement government relations strategies
Manage relationships with key stakeholders at state and local levels
Coordinate external lobbyist activities and engage community grassroots organizations
Monitor legislative activity and advise on necessary actions

Education

Bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees a plus
