Backend Engineering Team Lead
Via is using technology to transform transportation around the world. We are looking for a Backend Engineering Team Lead to drive our innovative projects forward, leading a dynamic team responsible for Via's Rider Management system.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Backend engineers
- Design and implement robust, high-performance backend architectures
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

- Drive technical decisions around system architecture and development practices
- Mentor team members in best practices and system design
Education
- BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent
