About the Role

Reporting to our Senior Vice President of Global Services, the Vice President of Global Bullhorn Consulting will be responsible for the overall execution of Bullhorn's Global Consulting strategy, focusing on the standardization of 'best practices' to enable our business's future growth at scale. You will become a trusted advisor to your team, peers, and senior leadership as our senior-most delivery executive for consulting implementations for Bullhorn's Core Products by developing a deep understanding of your function's role and its cross-functional impact on Bullhorn's overall success.

A typical day will include...

  • You Overseeing Bullhorn's first-ever Standard Implementations strategy, where 'Custom' implementations will be the exception to our "Best Practice, First" approach, which you will Champion through your function.
  • You Leading your function through historic reporting & forecast analytics to drive continuous improvement efforts and partnerships centered on refining our global consulting process.
  • You dramatically Driving-Down escalations by Creating a proper enterprise-grade consulting practice to accurately and consistently manage internal & external stakeholders' expectations and visibility into our 'Best Practice, First' approach.
  • You being responsible for up-skilling your ~80 team members by celebrating top performers/behaviors, driving accountability at all levels, and creating benchmarks to assess new-future talent.
  • You provoking dialogue and challenge the status quo - constantly questioning the 'why' behind what we do and introducing new ideas that will energize the team - you will also identify pain points across our team solution through prompt remediation strategies.
  • You using your domain expertise, product orientation, and voice-of-customer approach towards solutions-oriented delivery; and create processes to substantiate the experience vs. dictate it.
  • You establishing trust with your Direct Reports and balance leveraging their input against critical decision-making timeliness.

This role is a fit for you if...

  • You have a minimum experience of 5-7 years managing a team of professional consultants and managing leaders within a global SaaS services organization
  • You have experience serving as the delivery executive on engagements of varying size and complexity
  • You have a proven track record of 10+ years of managing enterprise software implementation projects for external clients. (If your projects are internal-facing, this is not the role for you!)
  • You have experience establishing scalable delivery operations and consistently achieving quantifiable KPIs
  • You have experience with delivering complex, mission critical solutions (not off the shelf products)
  • You have demonstrated the ability to lead teams through difficult situations while maintaining customer trust
  • You have the ability to effectively manage project budgets while pushing back on customer for things that are out of scope

This role requires up to 25% travel to client sites.

Bonus points for:

  • Prior experience in the recruiting industry is desired, as is experience supporting/implementing a CRM product
  • A high comfort level with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Project Management Profession (PMP®) certification
