Priceline is looking for a world class, high energy Vice President to lead its Product and Program Delivery team, also known as the Enterprise Process Improvement (EPI) team. In this critical leadership role, you will report to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO), and partner with Product and Tech leaders to plan, design and drive the on-time, on-budget execution of Product, Privacy, Security and Infrastructure related programs to make big deal moments for our customers.
In this role you will get to:
Lead, coach, mentor and develop a team of talented Technical Program Managers located in: Norwalk, CT; New York, NY; Toronto, Canada; London, England and Mumbai, India; and in remote work locations.
Manage a $95 million budget for Priceline Technology, spanning both core Priceline and our Priceline Partner Solutions entities; ensuring the tech-wide organization meets its financial targets as set by the Chief Financial Officer.
Collaborate closely with the Bookings Holding Procurement team to drive successful negotiations for new and existing technology hardware, software and services contracts.
Team up with the CPO, Product and Technology leaders to continually improve and iterate on Priceline’s product continuous planning process, the goal of which is to create organizational alignment for a set of rolling quarterly priorities for the organization.
As an acting Chief Operating Officer to the CTO, support additional administrative duties as assigned, smoothing the way for the technology teams to deliver on work that aligns to our mission.
Drive continuous improvement across all product and technology engineering teams through the use of standard metrics and reporting. Track and report on the progress of all active initiatives and projects with the goal of promptly alerting leaders to risks and supporting teams by removing blockers.
Ensure all SOX and compliance requirements are embedded into and delivered successfully in all program and project plans.
Who you are:
You have 15-20 years of Program Management experience in a technology organization (preferably ecommerce), running a variety of product development, infrastructure, compliance, security or privacy programs.
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Information Systems and Technology, Computer Science, Management, or Business Administration
You are someone who possesses assertiveness and diplomacy, and achieves team cohesion, while integrating and aligning corporate initiatives.
You have a proven ability to juggle and balance conflicting priorities, to build best in class solutions with an eye for fine details, and to break down high-level problems and articulate solutions to both business and technical audiences
Ideally, you have used Jira/Confluence and are experienced with Agile SCRUM development.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $240 ,000- $300,000k USD.
