Summary/Objective:
The Site Merchandising team supports site operations, testing, and merchandising functions. They enhance VICI’s success through partnering with business and support teams to ensure flawless site execution and launch new site features and systems enhancements.
The Site Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for achieving customer satisfaction and driving digital revenue by creating content and merchandising our site. Their objective is to improve the foundation of the website’s taxonomy and navigation by working on tagging/categorization of products. The Coordinator will help to optimize search, execute promotions, and drive marketing tactics, perform site maintenance, maximize onsite assets. Cross-functional partners will include site merchandising, site operations, merchants, marketing, creative, SEO Teams.
Essential Functions:
· Works closely with Site Merchandiser & eComm copywriter to own product creation process from import to launch
· Product Details/Copy
· Supports product naming process via inventory list pull, formatting of information, and uploading process
· Confirm sizing and fabrication via spec sheets and highlight any missing information to appropriate team
· Confirm model used and sizing
· Utilize product description upload template to compile information and hand off to copywriter
· Product Creation
· Pushes products from Netsuite to Shopify: uploads imagery, collection tags + other tags via Matrixify. Ensures all sizing is in order. Inputs/Uploads product detail spec information (size & fit)
· Product Scheduling - ensure products are scheduled appropriately for each launch day via Matrixify
· Supports initial product tagging; Along with daily monitoring & maintenance of product to ensure all are represented across the appropriate collections
· Ensure collection pages are maintained via product tagging
· Category/Style, Color & Review tagging
· Works closely with Merchandising Team to own Preorder item setup & launch as a part of daily product creation process
· Monitor stock levels and key deliveries of restock styles to ensure products are available ahead of re-debut dates, partners with Planning accordingly and works with IT as needed to remedy issues
· Promotion & Collection Set Up
· Weekly creation of Weekend Collection Page – for email marketing purposes
· Creates Collections in Shopify as needed for all new promotions
· Maintains current collection pages within Shopify for all existing promotions & refreshes as needed; partners closely with Planning to ensure all curated lists are uploaded
· Weekly Markdown Maintenance. Partners closely with Planning to ensure all markdown updates (collection tagging) are executed and scheduled via Matrixify
Competencies:
· Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner.
· Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels.
· Ability to think creatively and technically
· Knowledge of MS Office computer programs are required
· Proficiency with Excel and Outlook
· Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
Work Environment:
· Sitting for long periods, standing and walking intermittently
· Using office equipment such as computer, mouse, keyboard, printer

Qualifications, Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
· 2-4 years related experience
