What You Need To Know
The Video Marketing Specialist is responsible for the filming and editing content for both marketing and sales purposes in the region.

• Works alongside the regional marketing team to produce content
• Oversees all filming and editing at the in house studio in Irvine, CA
• Travels to multiple regional offices and partner branches to film
• Assists in creating and maintaining social strategy across all regional social platforms
• Creates fresh, engaging social media content for Sales and the overall region
• Translates marketing materials to effective video campaigns
• Leverages social media analytics tools to monitor, assess and improve regional social media performance
• Stays informed of and advises Marketing Department on evolving social media trends using video

What We Are Looking For

• Strong video and editing skills – including all editing software programs and industry specific computer software
• 2+ years of related experience with videography, editing, and digital marketing
• Portfolio reflecting exciting and successful social media campaigns, posts and public relations ventures using video
• Expertise in the most popular social sites including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Understanding and experience with targeted marketing on social media platforms
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adapts well to change

Even Better

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
