Enterprise Customer Experience Manager
The Customer Experience Team is seeking a thought leader with experience in project organization and execution to build and manage the Managed Customer Experience program.
Skills
- 5+ years of Experience in Customer Success or related field at a high-growth tech company
- Experience building products, system workflows, and processes
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Design and implement customer experience initiatives
- Develop and deliver training materials
- Analyze data to understand customer health
- Stay updated with the latest developments in onboarding and customer success
