Purpose: This is a role that supports the Vincentian Services department staff with its administrative needs; processes requests for free furniture and household items to families in need; and processes the daily free distribution of clothing vouchers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct support and assistance to the Vincentian Services team.

Facilitate daily in-office Free Distribution of clothing voucher program.

Process email and fax requests from Conferences(volunteers), communicate regularly with volunteers/members, coordinators, and friends in need to clarify and complete the needed information to fulfill requests in an expedient manner.

Tracking value of donated items and regular updating of data on shared workbooks.

Communicate and coordinate deliveries with transportation department’s schedule.

Collaborate with other departments and team members on a regular basis.

Work with vendors to submit purchase orders and help coordinate delivery and payments.

Work with Store team to tag furniture and assist in ensuring these items are moved to the appropriate areas for storing and delivering.

Assist in tracking of other donations of goods, deliveries and pick up by volunteer/members.

Create report of both Free Distribution programs for the purpose of the Annual Report.

Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent Customer Service

Experience using Microsoft Office 365 helpful. Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PPT very helpful

Must be organized, have computer skills, and be detail oriented.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL WORK DEMANDS:
