Virtual Conferencing Enrollment Director - job 1 of 2

Under the direction of the Director of Coaching, the Enrollment Director is responsible for meeting revenue/sales goals, principally by generating new business.

Conduct Learning Center Initial Conferences

Conduct Exam prep initial Conferences

Meet or exceed the Learning Center and Exam prep Enrollment Rate goals

Conduct Conferenced not Enrolled (CNE) follow-up as needed

Meet weekly with Director of Coaching Services or Coaching Services Manager to discuss goals and the action plans to meet them.

Manage conference information through database entry

Participate in operational meetings

Follow-up with franchisees, franchisee staff, and company center staff.

4 - Year Bachelors Degree required

May require evening and/or weekend availability to meet needs of system.
