We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in a timely manner.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Assist customers with placing orders or resolving billing issues.
• Stay up-to-date on product and service information.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
