Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in Labor and Delivery? Join our client’s team in San Antonio, TX, where you'll have the unique opportunity to provide exceptional nursing care to mothers and their newborns in a supportive and professional environment. In this role, you will take the lead in delivering nursing care with compassion and precision to a diverse group of patients. Your responsibilities will include completing established competencies within your designated introductory period, performing additional related duties, and continually advocating for patient wellbeing. To be successful, you'll need an Associate degree or higher in Nursing, with at least 1 year of experience specifically in Labor and Delivery. A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) is essential, along with an American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification, though CPR certification is acceptable as well. You'll work on 12-hour shifts, with options for both day and night.
