As a Director within the Growth Products team, you will be responsible for driving an ongoing narrative for Visa’s suite of consumer products in card and non-card payments.  You will be both a student learning from others internally and externally, and a teacher to those internally and externally. The right candidate will be an enthusiastic follower of key trends spanning consumer financial services, fintech and technology (e.g., AI, account-based payments, digital identity, wallets), and is comfortable researching new topics, establishing an informed perspective, and applying ideas to Visa’s business model and ecosystem.

The role requires a balanced mix of outstanding writing and editing skills as part of overall content strategy, project management across external parties and cross-functional stakeholders, creative execution, and thought leadership.
