  • Moving from initial concept to published content at the speed of social on both high-budget and quick-turn projects.

  • Translating knowledge of the creator and content landscape – particularly across Sports, Music, and Travel – to develop videos for maximum engagement and relevance.

Essential Functions:

  • Concept, edit and produce social video content designed to break through on priority social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.

  • Package, capture, and edit video assets to create social content with clear storylines and visual hooks that align with best practices and trends.

  • Design thumbnail images and write titles/descriptions that command attention.

  • Create attention-grabbing dynamic captions that bring together platform best practices and Visa’s brand.

  • Set and model high creative standards, leading through example and inspiring partnership and learning across cross-functional and regional teams.

  • Combine content creation best practices, social platform nuances, and cultural trends into strategic recommendations and creative territories.

  • Partner with a team of Creative, Strategy, Editorial, and Community specialists to translate priority brand campaigns and sponsorships into social-first experiences and extensions.

  • Mine, track, and identify trends from the Visa community that can inform future strategies, franchises and campaigns.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
