As the Appointment Setter Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our business growth by overseeing the development of other Appointment Setters and guiding them to achieve performance goals.Responsibilities• Lead and manage a team of Appointment Setters to achieve performance goals.• Develop and implement training programs to increase the team's skills in setting appointments and customer engagement.• Establish and maintain KPIs to measure the team's performance.• Work closely with sales team to keep strategies in line with the business' goals.• Go door-to-door to prospect and schedule appointments for our Solar Experts.• Provide regular reporting to senior management.• Mentor and motivate team members by creating a positive and hard-working team culture.Requirements• Experience in managing an appointment setting team or outbound calling team is a plus.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team to success.• Reliable source of transportation.Compensation• Salary + Commission• Commission based on performance
