Social Media Management:

- Develop and implement content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

- Plan, create, and publish engaging and relevant content for each platform.

- Manage interactions with the online community, respond to comments and messages.

- Analyze the performance of posts and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize engagement.

Internal Event Management:

- Organize and coordinate internal events to strengthen company culture.

- Collaborate with different departments to ensure the successful execution of events.

- Manage the budget and resources needed for each event.

- Evaluate the success of events and propose improvements for future editions.

Internal Communication Management

- Develop and implement initiatives to improve internal communication.

- Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and important communications.

- Gather employee feedback to improve internal communication channels and methods.

Employer Brand Management:

- Develop external communication strategies to strengthen the employer brand.

- Identify and collaborate with relevant company labels and partners.

- Organize recruitment events to attract new talents.

- Work on communication campaigns to promote the company's image.

Cross-Functional Projects:

- Participate in cross-functional projects in collaboration with other departments.

- Ensure consistency of messages and communications across all projects.

- Contribute to the development of communication strategies for different projects.

🧑‍💻You :

Do you have a degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field? 

Do you already have significant experience in a similar role, preferably in diverse environments? 

LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok hold no secrets for you? 

Event management and internal communication are second nature to you?Little advice: you might get extra points if you know any good restaurant adresses

📋How will this process unfold ?

A first contact of about twenty minutes, with Anais D. , will be made once your application is approved.

Then, you will have a one-hour online interview with Anais D.

After that, you will have an on site interview to discuss your experiences and motivation and to do a case study with your future manager Maud

And a last one 30 minutes visio call with Christelle and Olivia

And finally, you can unpack your bags at 100 Réaumur in the heart of Paris, ready for a new and beautiful adventure. 🚀
