Team


Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.


The Core Central Team provides hands-on support and mentoring to all Voodoo studios looking to create new casual and midcore games, and anything hybrid in between.


Role


We are looking for a Game Data Analyst who is deeply passionate about data-driven decisions, transforming raw data into clear actionable business insights, and who is constantly driving themselves and the team towards completing the next challenge.

  • Conducting comprehensive product playtests to refine gameplay mechanics and user experience.
  • Overseeing the tracking design and QA processes to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Building and maintaining robust data pipelines
  • Developing dashboards and analysis that provide actionable insights into key product and monetization metrics.
  • Providing valuable insights and recommendations to shape game features, economies and future roadmaps.
  • Proposing AB Test and benchmarking the good practices in competitors games


Profile
  • 2+ years of analytical work experience, preferably for a Web or Mobile company, Online Gaming industry
  • BA/B.Sc in Statistics / Math / Engineering/ Economy or other quantitative fields
  • Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
  • True passion for understanding player behavior and tolerance for ambiguity
  • Experience working with Tableau – advantage
  • Advanced knowledge in statistical tools and models - advantage
