We need a VP of Operations to oversee all of our global warehouse operations. This role will play a critical part in our continued global expansion and operational efficiency, and will be responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and associate engagement for our global network.
This is a full-time role based in Lehi, UT.

What is a day in the life of a VP of Operations?

Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the organization's global warehouse operations division

Oversee every aspect of warehouse operations, including safety, scaling, process improvement, automation, inventory control, etc.

Expand and standardize buildings both in the US and on a global scale

Work closely with our Supply Chain team and other internal partners to determine a balanced level of input and output in inventory flows

Drive out waste and inefficiencies in our internal processes

Work closely with product and software development teams to direct and drive new iterations of our WMS and external software integrations

Build out and manage teams both domestically and internationally as the company scales to keep up with growth
What will I need to thrive in this role?

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration

Extensive professional experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, etc.

Extensive warehouse management experience, ideally on multiple levels over time

Experience building out a team, ideally both domestically and internationally

What is the team like?
You will work with the other members of the warehouse operations team both domestically and globally and be supervised by the Chief Operations Officer. You will be mentored by them and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
