Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, engineering, economics (or relevant work experience)
MBA desired (but not required )
10-15 years of focused professional experience in business development, product development, sales, or consulting roles within the media and entertainment industry
Prior experience working directly within digital marketing tech is strongly preferred
A candidate with strong points of view on the future of media measurement/analytics will have distinct advantages
Similarly, candidates with first-hand experience around the specific challenges that the industry face s around the evolution of identity, data, and audiences are preferred
Experience with sales management tools, such as salesforce.com is a plus
Impact You'll Make:
You will contribute to TransUnion’s efforts to grow its business within the U.S. Media & Entertainment business , specifically a ccountability for current year activation and managing the 3-year planning cycles
You will engage deeply with the business and sales teams to drive revenue by evolving and implementing TransUnion’s strategy to serve across the various client constituencies (Agencies, Publishers, Streaming, Data Partners, Tech Platforms and Measurement)
You will be responsible for managing thought leadership, industry engagement and working closely with marking teams for alignment
You will collaborate closely with Marketing to manage how TransUnion shows up for our clients and activates as leaders in the space
You will be accountable for tracking, monitoring and providing output for all strategic initiatives
You will manage monthly revenue reporting process
You will l ead business intelligence management – looking at key business drivers, competitive sets and market impact . Identifying macro-economic impacts, regulatory impacts, disruptive innovations and industry specific trends
You will b uild out repeatable frameworks and insights across client, product, revenue and acquisition tracking
You will m anage Client Advisory board engagement, output and ROI
You will b uild frameworks for innovative partnerships across the TransUnion portfolio of products
You will identify new product opportunities, build business cases to drive prioritization, and act as the key business stakeholder in the product development process
You will be involved and lead projects that will include new product innovation, product enhancements, and go-to-market strategy development
You will identify training and materials requirements to equip the sales team to sell products that meet market-specific business problems and strategically align to the TransUnion value proposition
You will work closely with sales team to understand sales pipeline performance, key account revenue activities, and to prepare revenue insights for the monthly line of business meetings
You will attend relevant industry events to meet with customers and prospects to stay abreast of industry trends and customer needs
