Job Description

We are seeking a Merchant of International to support the assorting and management of the Men’s DTC assortment for the International Channel. This individual will support managing DTC assortments for all international markets and help to maintain a strong partnership between US Product Merchandising team and the international merchandising team. To be effective in this role, the individual must be a strong communicator and an experienced merchant who’s passionate about the performance apparel space, Vuori’s mission and embody the brand’s values.

What you'll get to do:

  • Support the development of comprehensive assortment strategies for the international channel, identifying product opportunities to deliver high growth expectations    
  • Manage the seasonal assortment tools and line sheets required for International  
  • Act as a liaison between the Product Merchandising team and the international team; Sit as a core member of both the Merchandising team and the International team, participating in weekly deliverables for both teams 
  • Participate in all product milestones meetings to help represent the product needs of the International channel and ensure all assortment needs are met by the global assortment 
  • Support in refining the international Store & E-commerce assortments to ensure all market needs are met 
  • Support weekly product performance recaps for all international markets. Define product level opportunities and differences to US performance  
  • Support in managing communication of assortment changes and updates to international team 
  • Partner with Planning to execute seasonal buys, ensuring global product and financial goals are met 

Who you are:

  • 4+ years merchandising experience  
  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • Both DTC and International experience preferred 
  • Strong understanding of global apparel market and trends 
  • Strong eye for relevant and trend right product that aligns with brand aesthetic  
  • Ability to travel internationally  
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Illustrator

The salary range for this role is $90,000 per year - $105,000 per year.
