Company Description:-Growing Houston area multifamily developer in Texas and other US regions.Role Description:-• This is a full-time on-site Registered Architect• Must be experienced in multifamily, small retail, commercial, residential, mixed-use and tenant improvement projects with a minimum of 10-15+ years professional design studio, design-build/developer-build experience.• The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing a department of 2-3 draftspersons and designer. Must be registered in Texas, residing in the Houston region, NCARB certified preferred but not necessary and have a comprehensive understanding of ICC and IBC code compliance, life safety, ADA and fire codes.Qualifications:-• Proficient in architectural design software and AutoCAD• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations• Excellent communication and project management skills• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Must be registered in Texas• Experience in commercial and residential projects• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail• Experienced with projects ranging from $3M to $500M ideally
