The ideal candidate would have at least 2-4 years of team management and business immigration law experience including with L-1 and H-1B petitions, PERM labor certification, and the full array of NIV and IV matters.As a Business Immigration Attorney & Team Manager with our firm, you will:• Manage a team of paralegals to meet or exceed monthly team case filing goals while at the same time exemplifying our three pillars mentioned above• Oversee all aspects of preparing and filing non-immigrant (L, H, TN, O, E) and immigrant (PERM, I-130, EB1A, B & C, I-140, I-485) petitions and applications with government agencies and consulates• Speak with clients on a daily basis to provide updates on cases and new developments• Stay current on business immigration law developments• Advise clients on I-9 and E-Verify compliance and corporate immigration policies and strategies• Counsel clients through the PERM labor certification process• Build and develop strong relationships with clients and colleaguesRequirements• U.S. JD required• Member of any State Bar• 2+ years of business immigration experience (L-1, H-1B, PERM, E-1/E-2/E-3, TN, O-1, I-140, EB-1C, AOS)• 2+ years of successfully leading a team to achieve specific goals
