The successful candidate must have exceptional academic and professional credentials as well as strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. What To Bring (Requirements) • Illinois state bar licensure • 2-5 years of practice experience preferred • Exceptional research and writing skills • Litigation experience • Mediation and arbitration experience • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with careful attention to detail • Ability to work independently and display initiative and good judgment • Strong communication skills; both oral and written
