Paralegal / Legal Assistant position available immediately with small, sharply focused law firm located in New Bern, NC. Primary area of practice is local government / municipal law;other areas of practice include civil litigation (tax collections and foreclosures), commercial real estate, and corporate / business law.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a high-quality legal setting, will have superior verbal and written communication skills, will be adept at managing high volume of work flow and will have attention to detail and a high level of pride in generating a quality work product.Position will be working primarily in the tax foreclosure practice, and accordingly, a minimum of 3 years' experience working with tax foreclosures is required.
