Job descriptionEstablished CPA firm seeks senior accountant.We have opportunities in both auditing and tax for privately owned business and individual clients in established industry groups. We have a concentration of clients in the car dealership and contractor industries. Accountants are cross-trained to work on both tax returns and financial statement preparation.The positions would involve managing client relationships, preparing business and individual income tax returns and financial statements services. The applicant will assist in maintaining the firm's internal quality control and be the lead on engagements.We offer exciting growth opportunities to qualified applicants. We offer paid Fridays off during the summer, paid vacation and personal time off. Accountants are expected to work Saturdays during tax season.Ideal candidate is a CPA and has 5+ years of public accounting experience.Minimal overnight travel required to serve clients in the regional area.Public accounting: 5 years (Required)License/Certification:CPA (Required)Ability to Commute:Louisville, KY 40243 (Required)Work Location: In person
