Job CategoryConstruction, Mining and Trades Relevant Work Experience: 5-10 yearsCareer LevelEstimatorEducation LevelAssociate Degree or Equivalent educationJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Estimator / PM to join our expanding company.You will have an opportunity to grow with a painting, imaging, and sign company; committed to providing our customers with the highest quality service.Essential Responsibilities• Maintain and strengthen relations with current customers.• Build and maintain a new customer base.• Properly evaluate, estimate, and prepare proposals for sign installation and imaging projects for various sized projects.• Manage awarded projects from beginning to completion• A strong resource and coach• Identify, and report strengths and weaknesses in our strategy and implement changes• Reinforce CD Imaging's Commitment to Excellence and Quality Work.• Communicate customer requirements to internal departments• Work closely with Project Management, Estimating and Finance departments.• Support other departmentsJob Requirements• Knowledgeable in process developing and implementing sign installation procedure and standards• Previous estimating experience with sign installation in the retail, hospitality or fuel station industries is an asset• Proven track record as an estimator for at least five years• Proficient computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Project Management), estimating software• Read and understand construction plans and specifications.Personal Requirements• Strong leadership skills and an enthusiastic team player• High ethical standards- committed to meeting all stakeholders needs• Responsible and Dependable, Excellent follow through• Detail oriented• Strong work ethic• A strong sense of urgency, proactive, self motivated
