HR Specialist

Wajdlife is seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Specialist to join our team and help foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and growth. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of human resource functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Your expertise will be vital in implementing HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals and support our mission to provide exceptional healthcare solutions. You will act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing support and conflict resolution as needed.
  • Assist with performance management processes and trainings to enhance employee development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
