Position Summary:This role will be a key member of the Marketplace Payments and Financial Services team. You will have the opportunity to lead existing billing programs and innovate new billing methods for Marketplace Sellers. The candidate should have strong subject matter expertise, leadership experience, and business acumen in the Payments and Fintech area!What you'll do:Manage and spearhead advancements in our billing strategy and payment mechanisms not just limited to ACH, Credit card but also innovative solutions catering to international segments.Create and execute a detailed roadmap of associated Billing solutions/tools and optimize the Recovery ladder in working with product, technology, and operations teams.Partner closely with Business teams and help customize billing solutions according to the program needs while reducing associated payment costs and bad debt.Work closely with internal legal & compliance teams to ensure we have appropriate agreements and contractual frameworks balancing experience with legal/regulatory risks.Create quantitative measurements to track success of the programs and prepare cost-benefit analysis to get finance and leadership approvals.Ensure close collaboration with Account management, Marketing, and Operations to drive acceptance of new products and services with Sellers. Build key measurements and a test/iterate philosophy to improve results.Maintain monthly/quarterly OKR/KPIs metrics, identify potential opportunities and risks, provide business insights, and drive key billing initiatives.Enable efficiency by identifying and partnering with the right third-party solutions. Identify and integrate solutions which cater to seller needs of financing or flexible payments for the services.Strong Data Analysis skills with hands-on experience with data profiling, data mapping, data quality, and data lineage.Strong SQL skills (freeform writing and reading) and understanding how to write/read business requirements.Key Success Criteria:Strong leadership aptitude.Strong communication skills.Driving ownership and accountability.Strong seller advocate.Excellent people skills.Uses data and analysis to drive decisions.Fosters trust with internal partners.Values team dynamics and inputs.Commitment driven.Bias for action.Minimum Qualifications:Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.Preferred Qualifications:Master's in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar field.At least 3 years industry experience preferably in Billing, Payments, Financial Services, or similar space.Expertise in Digital Payments and Fintech space with prior experience building or owning end to end is strongly preferred.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and prior experience working with Product and Technology teams; proven ability to lead and influence internal/external partners' insights.Deep analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative, and a track record of applying these to effective and successful business decisions; Process-oriented mindset and ability to lead people to get things done.Strong business insight, superb communication, and relationship skills.Benefits & Perks:Beyond competitive pay, you can receive incentive awards for your performance. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
