As Private Brands Senior Analyst, Product Development, you’ll serve as an advocate for our customers and see the products you develop, from ideation to finished product review, come to life in stores and online. You’ll be an expert for Private Brand products within your category of responsibility and leverage the scale and access of the Walmart system to truly impact the business and the lives of millions of customers worldwide. What You’ll Do:
Support the development and validation of product specifications through the entire product lifecycle to ensure quality and customer needs are met
Collaborate with internal partners and external suppliers, both virtually and in person, to provide brand product direction and feedback
Compile research findings related to product development by performing visual instore review of items to identify variances
Execute sourcing activities to support business unit strategies by ensuring necessary sourcing documents are completed according to set timelines
Conduct industry benchmarking to identify product details, specifications, and trends
Review and manage broad sample assortments
Validate data and documentation to ensure accuracy
Model compliance with company policies and procedures by supporting company mission values, standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans
What you'll bring:
1-3 years of work experience either in Design, Product Development, or adjacent field
Team player with can-do attitude,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Resourceful, organized, able to follow direction, can work autonomously and identifies as self-starter
Able to work in fast-paced environment and can change task focus as needed
Ability to adapt to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities
Passion for developing products and attention to detail on who our core Walmart customer is
Strong influential and problem solving skills to effectively work with cross functional partners who also have a key role to play in your Product Development process
Passion for learning about the latest trends, products, and your market
Strong data analytics skills to analyze performance, understand trends, and translate results into product and brand execution
Dedication and tenacity to thrive working with ownership, autonomy, and a healthy dose of competition

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
