Overview:
The Sr. Photo Art Director, Campaigns will support the Walmart Creative Studio in photo/video execution for marketing/brand/seasonal campaigns that translate across multiple channels including 360 full-funnel paid, social, digital, email, site, print and in-store. Our ideal candidate must be a strategically minded problem solver, conceptual thinker and able to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. They should be organized, detail-oriented and exhibit outstanding creative judgement.
In this role, the Sr. Photo Art Director will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of product & lifestyle campaigns (toys, pets, baby, services, hardlines & more). They will lead pre-production, creative planning, on-set art direction and post-production in addition to managing other photo art directors. This role requires experience collaborating with other team leads within creative (incl. on-set freelance team) & cross-functionally using a blend of strong leadership and hands-on creative expertise.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
