🚀 Mastermind of Product Strategy: Take charge of the entire lifecycle of an AI/ML-powered clinical module, from sparking ideas to shipping industry-leading products. You’ll gather requirements, craft the roadmap, and deliver innovations that provide enormous ROI.

🤖 Become an AI/ML Trailblazer: Shape the future of healthcare by understanding, creating and shipping cutting-edge AI/ML driven solutions that bring value to our users.

🧠 Clinical Problem Solver: Dive into clinical papers, decode scientific data, and turn it into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams to make sure our AI/ML products add value to important clinical stakeholders that will interface with the product.

⚠️ Risk Wrangler: Spot risks before they happen and weigh the trade-offs at every stage. You’ll develop creative strategies to navigate challenges and keep the product train on track to success.

💬 Customer Guru: Connect with users to uncover their needs and pain points, then transform those insights into features that solve real-world problems and improve clinical workflows.

📊 Data Storyteller Extraordinaire: Quantify the impact. Communicate the clinical and financial impact of the product on clinicians and health system administrators. Use data to identify product improvement opportunities.

🔗 Cross-Functional Wizard: Rally cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, and marketing) and lead through influence. You’ll drive alignment, spark collaboration, and ensure smooth progress.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of strong product management experience, with some experience focused on healthcare technology, clinical AI/ML, or related fields. This includes proven experience being the lead and owner of shipping successful digital products.

  • Ability to interpret clinical research and apply findings to product strategy. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, EHR systems, and clinical workflows.

  • Experience identifying and tracking key product metrics, interpreting data, and using insights to inform product decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence diverse teams, drive decisions, and work through ambiguity. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • You are passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and motivated by working on tough, mission-critical problems.
