We also craft world-class experiences that enable our merchants, suppliers, sellers and 2.1 million in-store associates to deliver great value to our customers on a daily basis.As a Principal UX Designer on the Data Experiences team, you will act as an accelerant, helping articulate the strategy and design for our internal data products and experiences. You will bring together and synthesize both familiar and forward-looking design for data practices for our partners across the business and help deliver clear and explainable data tooling and visualization. This work will allow you to innovate around design patterns that directly impact millions of customers via key financial , analytics, data science, ML, and operations systems. Whether w orking directly with data scientis ts on predictive models or realizing the necessary approach and structure of interactive information design , this role will help shape our direction when it comes to producing explainable UI, AI , and ML models that users understand and trust. Our goal is to streamline the B2B encounter with data informed decision-making processes and bring a consumer software grade sensibility to every Partner and Associate at Walmart. We want to optimize the data experiences that enable us to enable millions of households and families to save money and live better.You'll set the vision for best enterprise data experiences practice and create a space for cross-functional colleagues to collaborate.
