As a Senior Digital Producer, we provide overall creative direction, provide budgetary considerations, establish milestones, lead all aspects of media acquisition, and drive the editorial process.This full-time role will report to the Visual Media Studio Manager.What You Will Do• Partner closely with the Media Production teams, including Production Managers, Creative Producers, and Producers, to develop video projects, and offer creative input throughout the process• Edit complex video projects with a high level of independent direction as well as work directly with a client or creative lead• Build cohesive, compelling, and entertaining video through acquisition, editing, sound and effects• Record video content or direct video production teams (up to 3-4 cameras) to acquire high-quality video media• Direct on-screen talent (including scripted narrative content), conduct interviews, and collaborate with Production teams to make creative decisions regarding tone, transitions, music choices, and graphic elements• Communicate with all partners regarding resource requirements for video delivery, contributing to budget development• Complete tasks from rough edits through review, notes, adjustments, and approvals• Develop creative outlines, shoot schedules, and treatments to guide the production processRequired Qualifications & Skills• 7+ years of experience in Video Editing, Video/Film Production• Outstanding knowledge of video production pipelines, including delivery to multiple platforms and playback systems• Experience in editing multi-camera productions and working with Motion Graphics/Visual Effects artists• Expertise with video production including camera, lights, and audio• Experience with review and approval processes, adept at addressing feedback effectively• Proven experience in Keying both live and in edit• Expertise with color correction and knowledge of color theory• Ability to exercise independent discretion in editing and video tapings• Strong communication and collaboration skills• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines• Familiarity with industry-standard video editing software and equipment• Ability and willingness to work weekends, holidays, and third shifts, as needed• Willingness to travel on various domestic and international assignments as neededEducation• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Film/Video ProductionAdditional InformationBenefits and Perks: We offer a rewards package to help you live your best life.
